I first saw Dr. Salhadar 8 years ago when I was pregnant and my OBGYN referred me to him. I saw him throughout my pregnancy and he was great. He's kind, patient, has the best bedside manners, and leaves no question unanswered. Now, 8 years later he saved the same baby that he was treating while I was pregnant. After what should've been a routine visit for my son, Dr. Salhadar found a tumor in his heart that needed to be removed asap. Dr. Salhadar and his team facilitated a hospital admission and communicated with the surgeons to have my son seen immediately. And within 24 hours my son was being rolled to the OR for immediate open heart surgery. Dr. Salhadar's thoroughness and attention to detail saved my son's life and I will always recommend him as a pediatric cardiologist.

In two words: kind, knowledgeable. I took my 2 yo daughter for an ultrasound, her mouth would turn purple at random. And OMG, he has such beautiful patience and ability, my kid is within the autism spectrum and any doctor setting usually triggers her. Dr Salhadar took the time to explain in detail how the procedure was going to be and took special care so that my baby would be calm. As example he was very mindful of not crowding her, made the ultrasound while she was sitting on my lap, gave her lots of space, made conversation with her to distract her and once starting the procedure he explained everything that was going on in such detail, knowledgeable and easy to understand terms.
