Wish I could give him 0 star. He has refused to give me and my mother medical records for our kidney specialist and disability. After 10 years of seeing him we now have to seek legal representation to get the paperwork we need from him. His ex wife which is the nurse is extremely rude as well

Very fine Doctor! Take his time to listen and explain to patients about their health problems, what their laboratory tests mean. Very old school Dr. Who will make house calls if patient can't make to the office. And will look deep into the problem to find the right treatment.!!?

Wow, I must express my profound disappointment with the treatment my family received at this medical facility. During a recent interaction with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) over the phone, we were met with a level of ignorance and unprofessionalism that is wholly unacceptable in any medical context.
When we called to schedule a first appointment, the NP took our personal information, including names, numbers, and addresses. I informed her that we had chosen this doctor through our employer-sponsored UnitedHealthcare (UHC) plan. Despite this clear explanation, the NP repeatedly questioned whether our insurance was a marketplace plan, showing a basic misunderstanding of the difference between employer-sponsored group insurance and marketplace insurance, a government-provided option.
I repeatedly clarified that the insurance was through my employer, yet the NP insisted that I contact my insurance company to confirm--a process she admitted would be time-consuming. As a healthcare professional, the NP should have either understood the distinction herself or been willing to assist in clarifying it, rather than placing the burden on the patient.
Moreover, when I expressed that I would consider seeking care elsewhere if this was not resolved, the NP did not attempt to rectify the situation but instead abruptly hung up the phone when asked for her name. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also indicative of a lack of basic customer service and patient care.
It is particularly concerning that someone who holds a position of such responsibility could exhibit such ignorance and rudeness. Patients seek care in good faith and deserve to be treated with respect and competence. This experience has caused us to lose trust in the facility's ability to provide quality care.
I would advise anyone considering this practice to be wary of the potential for similar experiences. The behavior exhibited by this NP is a disservice to the medical profession and could potentially lead to miscommunication or mishandling of more serious health matters.

Great doctor, but horrible practice. Will not answer or return phone calls and my grandma had to make 6phone calls between doctors and the pharmacy to get things straightened out.
She'll be using a new PCP.
