We had our first baby delivered here. All of the nurses were so good and knowledgeable in their work. They were very patient in getting the baby in the right position for a natural birth. They had many different nurses who had specific jobs and they all were attentive and answered every question. The hospital was very clean and secure. Even the cafeteria food here was good! So bravo to the hiring team who hired all these amazing professionals!

I spent 2 months here because of Colon Cancer. These people saved my life. Especially the Oncology dept. I will forever be grateful, Especially for the nurses who helped me mentally like family would. Thank You.

The staff here was So amazing all the nurses, techs, cleaning staff everyone on the 5th floor made my stay amazing. They made everything so comfy for me and were so welcoming. I would rate them 10 stars if i could!! Thank you for helping me on my healing journey

First let me say I never write reviews, good or bad. But some of the negative reviews I do not understand, so I wanted to share my personal experience with Texas Health HEB. I recently had an abdominal surgery, and was very nervous as this was my first major procedure. From the front desk, to the nurses, doctors, and everyone in between, I was greeted with nothing but a smile and treated with respect and care. I was put at ease by my medical care team and I could not have asked for a better experience. My nurses were some of the sweetest ladies I've ever met, you can tell they are knowledgeable and love what they do all while making you feel respected and comfortable when you are in a vulnerable state. My doctor, OR nurse, and anesthesiologist came and chatted with me before surgery to give me the scoop of how things would go and answer any questions or concerns that I had. By the time it was time for surgery, I was confident and ready to rock. It was a smooth ride from my pre-op appointment to discharge. They called the next day to ensure I was doing well after surgery. I was very impressed and will happily continue to make the 45 minute drive from Trinity Falls to Bedford for Dr Vallery and the rest of the medical staff.

Very bad experience. None of the nurses are able to draw blood correctly. 3 different nurses tried to draw my blood and could not. I got stuck 6 times and once in the same exact hole which was very painful. I never have this problem with my obgyn. Do not come here. unfriendly staff not warm or welcoming or comforting at all.
