On 12/15/25 Dr. Paranandi and his staff were excellent in providing my pacemaker followup healthcare. My appointment was on time and I did not have to wait at all. Dr. Paranandi is excellent at providing and explaining the information obtained during the checkup. He answered the few questions I had and was very professional, friendly, and kind. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Paranandi as my Cardiologist. Thank you Dr. Paranandi and Texas Health Heart & Vascular.

A Plea to Uphold Your High Standards The cardiologists at this practice are second to none--5 stars is not enough for their level of excellence. They, along with the nurses and administrative staff who have been here from the beginning, have built a reputation for exceptional patient care. It is therefore deeply concerning to see that reputation being eroded by some of the new hires. There is a growing issue with attentiveness; a heart patient's complaint about the room temperature, for example, is not a minor comfort issue but a potential health concern that must be taken seriously. The environment must be managed for patient well-being, first and foremost. Seeing other bad reviews from patients pertaining to the staff is also not good for business and very discouraging for other patients and future patients. How can I recommend this place if those reviews are out there and being negative? This is a firm reminder that this is a medical facility, and every staff member works for the patients. The new nurses and administrative staff need to be onboarded to the high standards set by the veteran team. I urge management to implement immediate retraining and a clear reaffirmation of protocols. The exceptional care provided by your doctors demands an equally exceptional support staff across the board.

The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The nurse and Dr. were very efficient and made me feel good. They listened and cared about me. I Am Extremely Impressed.

I have always had an excellent experience with DR LE and his NP. His nurse, Rhonda was very professional and I could tell she cared about keeping my profile accurate for the doctor and staff. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for cardiovascular care.

Not a fan. Followed their email directions on checking in. Did as instructed. After 45 minutes, went up to the desk and was told that I was a "no show". Complete BS! Lady was super rude and treating me like I was "the" idiot. Ended up walking out as she would not even talk to me about rescheduling. These people do not care about their patients. We are just a number. I ended up talking to the office manager on the phone later in the day. She ADMITTED that their check-in system was flawed. Before they mark people as no-shows, it would behoove them to call out their last name in the waiting area to see if they are actually there. It's not that difficult.
