The doctor is fine. The billing department keeps harassing me with bills. I already paid my portion since I came in last visit which is over a year ago. I called the billing department they said don't worry about the statement, I don't owe anything yet they still calling me from a Spam risk phone number...!! Idk what's wrong with that!

Dr. Rusell Fisher is the best. He is very thorough. His MA is super sweet. I rate them 5 plus stars. The reason I rated a 1 is because his front staff is extremely RUDE. Anytime I have had to call the office the people answering the phone are very short and barely let you speak. Seem's like they want you off the phone fast. Even if its a simple question. I had testing two weeks ago . I am still waiting for billing to submit my bill to my insurance. My deduct and oop has been met. Coming in for my appt today they tried to collect a 35$ fee. I informed them no, my deduct and oop was met two weeks ago during the testing in their office. The referral coordinator, The check in and the check out lady told me ok we will bill your insurance , that I will be receiving a bill. They then shut the window. Then started laughing and bad mouthing me. Um hello the people in the lobby can hear your snide comments. The front desk should have more respect for cardiac patients. I was not rude to these people at all!

The experience and patience care are questionable. Have had several issues with this practice. The Dr. over prescribed medication that put my spouse in acute kidney injury distress resulting in hospitalization and months of physical therapy. Now recently the doctor canceled the appointment and we are on the hook for the trip charge for non-emergency medical transport. If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours before you'll be charged a no show fee. However if the doctor cancels the appointment your out any funds due for other expenses involved. This practice has not been helpful in resolving any of the issues cause by them. This practice has and is costing us additional expenses unnecessarily, and has no interest in helping out with the incurred costs due to the inapte services provided. If you utilize this practice, be ready to shovel out additional funds. There is no doubt that we will be looking for a different cardiac care provider after dealing with these issues.

Awesome doctors but horrible horrible and extremely rude front desk. I have been going there for years now and It use to be the friendliest place but has gone down hill very very fast. Lot of patience will leave if the doctors don't fire some of these rude and inexperienced staff!!

Dr. Vidi is very nice and sincere about patients care. However, his staff seems not so diligent. Told 3 different MAs had current bloodwork done at PCP. When I went in for follow up 2 weeks later, staff had still not called to get bloodwork, he had to tell them to get it during our appointment. Then had to go to pharmacy 3 times trying to get new prescriptions that were not sent to pharmacy.
