I have been going to this practice for about 3 yrs now. I highly recommend them for UR HEART needs. The entire staff is courteous, helpful, make U feel @ ease. Explain all of what they're doing for every test! I worked in medical profession for several years & don't remember any practice that possessed that much compassion or courtesy.
I arrived at the office and was met by two lovely receptionists. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Dr. Iyad Rashdan was very intentional about me being informed about my situation. Everything he said was clear and made so I could understand it. I left the appointment feeling cared for and valued as a patient! Doesn't get much better than that!
Dr Moustapha and the HeatPlace staff continue, for almost 20 years, to provide my wife and me with the very best Cardiology care available. The automated pre-check-in, text communications and medical records technology here is wonderful. I feel fortunate to be a patient and I highly recommend HeartPlace and Dr Ali Moustapha. I am at a loss to understand any reviews here which are not the full five-star rating.
NASTY !! Dirty exterior, hall carpets defiantly worn, appear dirty. the room was about 3 out of 10, Thermostat hard to set, the furniture was nominal in quality, not really what I would expect of a "suite" Water on the dining/kitchen area floor, front desk did relocate us.... A great disaapointment for the family at a very "trying time" ! I WOULD GO DOWN THE STREET , NOT THE HOMEWOOD, DEFINATELY NOT "HILTON" QUALITY STANDARDS
After waiting for 30 minutes, I was notified that it will be another 20 minutes for the doctor to attend. After ANOTHER 30 minutes, the nurse comes to inform that it will be another 20 minutes.. you must be kidding me!!! I walked out as my time is more precious to methan the doctor's. I will not recommend this place until they drastically improve their front office (big time attitude) and the professional behavior by valuing patient's time as well.
