One of the best doctors I have ever encountered. My first heart attack I had in 2006 he put a stent and was extremely helpful. I have suggested many of my friends to go see him and they are all happy. Yes, there is no doubt, the front office is a mess, unorganized and rude! Many of them should be fired and replaced with good people. Front desk seems to be a common problem everywhere I go!!

I cannot recommend this doctor based on our recent experience. My mother has been his patient for many years. Recently, she experienced chest pain, jaw pain, and arm pain--classic warning signs of a potential heart attack. We took her to the ER. The ER ran tests, gave her an aspirin, and sent her home with instructions to follow up with her cardiologist. She scheduled an appointment, but the earliest they could see her was two weeks out. (Literally zero room on their schedule for unexpected situations). Six days later, she had another episode. I called Dr. Rashdan's office late in the afternoon and had to leave a message. The nurse did not return my call until after 6 p.m. the next day. When I explained the situation and asked if there was any way my Mom could be seen sooner, there was no sense of urgency or concern. I was simply told they had switched systems and were fully booked, and advised to "call 911 if it happens again." This is subpar care for a long term loyal patient. This response felt cold, dismissive, and lacking compassion for a patient who may be facing a serious cardiac issue. The ER had already done little to help, which I had explained, and yet the office offered no meaningful follow-up or effort to prioritize her care. This is a prime example of the failings in our healthcare system--patients being treated as numbers instead of individuals in need of real care. We will be finding a new cardiologist who treats their patients with the concern, compassion and urgency they deserve.

The doctor was wonderful... the ladies at the front desk should all be fired. The least helpful group of office staff I've ever dealt with. They seem to feed off each other and are just rude.

At 71 yrs starting to have heart issues and only myself to care for myself i contacted this to see a doctor due to pain and serious issues with my heart call this office to get a appointment they said they needed to get my repirts related to my concerns so gave them the information needed to get my records. So now its a wait and see game so today i decided to call as what was taking so long well got to speak to a rude girl that said we never got the repirts so i asked to talk to office manager Gina cones on the line i can see who the 1st girls trainer was Gina just as rude and not care attitude. So being professional and caring would they not care to call the patient to get assistance to get her records????? Here "NO" just push her aside had i not call i would be waiting still. This is why patients don't go to doctors why if you can not get through the upfront chain that are paid to do a honest work to be professional i fekt these 2 girls have no business in this practice maybe a nail salon i did not cut my fingernail it will grow out again attitute a heart is not one to play with. Will never cobsider this doctor or practice i would rather die naturally and not by the peopke who are there and paid to care. NOT THIS PLACE & I HOPE THE DOCTORS SEE THIS. RATINGS ARE LOW DUE TO THEIR STAFF.
