Check in Process was a little tedious. But most offices are. Once taken to procedure area. Everything was Great! Nurses were Extremely Helpful and Friendly! Explained Everything perfectly. Made me feel so comfortable. All Doctors involved were great and made me feel comfortable! Now just waiting on my follow up surgery!!
I always have a very positive voice when it comes to the staff at your facility. The check in staff are very swift and polite. Then the Nurse takes our vital signs and ask questions appropriate to our visit. The physician staff is very thorough and has great bedside manners. I even referred my mother to your office and she is very pleased also.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Shannon really helped me coordinate procedures that were ordered by 2 different doctors which I appreciated so much. Appointments have a short wait time. Dr. Chennupati was so helpful explaining test results.
Always a great experience when I go in! Front office ladies are ALWAYS a pleasure to visit with as you check in. I went back almost as soon as I sat down in the lobby. I was in and out in 30 minutes which is awesome for me because I still got to work on time. I love going here. They are sincere and truly care about us and our health.
Dr.Weid and his staff were great. They were on time with everything. Everyone was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very pleased with the experience. I will be back in 5 years!
