This is My Opinion. Visit with Dr., assistant (my first visit) She felt very "Cold Hearted- NO Compassion" Overly Direct in Creating a Relationship with New Patient. I was in deep exhaustion for Not being capable to breath well..Scheduled for visit for results. What happens for Future Questionable.

We have been going to Dr Branson for several years but have only seen him once in office. We have been seeing the PA for for all results and appointments. The last few appointments that we've had we have asked questions and expressed our concern with test results or medication. Her response would be short and rude and without explanation. Today we came in the office for test results. From the beginning of the appointment the PA was very rude and condescending. Further into the appointment she had changed my husband's medication, which we had questions about the medication. When we expressed our concerns about the side effects of the medication and would it be the most appropriate one she became upset stating well obviously you know more than me so. I explained that that wasn't the case we just had concerns that needed to be heard and understood. I asked her not to be condescending towards us and to talk to us respectfully. She became more disgruntled and we just left. No patient should have to experience this stress on top of already going through poor health. We are all just trying to receive the best care and part of care is the treatment given to patients. I understand that they should have the best interest of the patient in mind, but if a patient has concerns then they should ease those concerns with decency and good communication. Not use derogatory and demeaning responses and better then tho stances. I would not recommend anyone to this office. I have to add the nursing staff are great but the PA needs a lesson in humility.

Dr. Bransford is an excellent human being and proficient cardiologist. He is very humble, down to earth and every patient loves him. All the staff working in his office and nurses are so happy to work with him in his clinic and hospitals. I have seen the outcomes of his electrophysiology procedures, all are successful. Once you're a Dr. Bransford's patient, you're his patient forever. I am sure I am not only one who says this, many more would be agree to me.

He got me help for atrial fibulation . He is a very smart. Caring doctor. The best !!!
