My surgeon in Houston needed some records from past visits/tests. They got them sent over in less than 24 hours. Much appreciated.

He is an Excellent Doctor And a caring dr I would recommend him to anyone that needs a heart doctor When I call for the dr or one of his staff and leave a message they are very quick getting back to me I Rate him 5

You'll see him once if you're lucky. Never in the office, and his scheduling office does not coordinate with each other. They scheduled me for a heart monitor in Jasper! And a echo in Beaumont for the same day. The heart monitor was first in Jasper and then it would have to be removed for the echo in Beaumont.

RUDE. He wouldn't let me ask questions. Didn't even tell me my test results or explain anything. Not even what all tests were run. All he said was my test results didn't show what was wrong and ask who my PCP was and told me to see him and literally just walked out of the room. I was in tears when he left. Even the nurse was shocked with his behavior. I was shocked, speechless and hurt to be treated so coldly and callously. I wouldn't recommend him to my worse enemy. NO ONE deserves to be treated that way.

It is going on a whole week since I heard from his office. I call this office last week and they said, "we are still processing my daughter paper work". Whatever that means. This is sad!
