Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas

From the minute we arrived until my was released everyone was so kind and understanding. All the teams took such good care of my daughter before, during, and after her surgery. They kept us informed on how everything was going and what exactly was going to be done for my daughter. I appreciate Dr. Rollins and his team for taking care of my daughter.

I came into this hospital night ago. Didn't know what to expect but as soon as I walked in, everyone was very nice. Emergency room was great. Took me up to the fourth floor and all the staff was very nice. They treated me like a VIP. I only have good stuff to say about staff that took care of me while I was there. God bless their hearts and keep doing what you do.

Very professional but still very personable. The intake people were extremely pleasant. The nurses were wonderful and I could not ask for a better GI doctor than Dr. Chenopotti. This assistant Dr. Cris was exceptional. The hospital was very clean and functioning well to be a Saturday. My Dr. Took the time to explain the entire process beforehand. He took the time to come and give me very detailed results afterwards. I think Baptist is the best hospital facility in Beaumont Tx. The imageing department was so very pleasant today. Prompt and patient.

My girlfriend gave birth to our first baby and we had an amazing experience in the mother/baby department. My girlfriend would first like to commend our nurses we had, Marcella and Courtney. They were hands down the best nurses we have talked to and they took really good care of her and the baby. We are super thankful to of had them help us out and give us a ton of information. We left there feeling more confident and safe about bringing our newborn home for the first time. Any questions we had they were quick to answer and knew exactly how to answer every single one. If you are having a baby at this hospital I highly recommend and try to request these two nurses. They were the absolute best!!

Labor and Delivery did an outstanding job! From prepping me to delivering my baby via C-section. The whole surgery team made sure I was completely aware of what they were doing. From making sure I was comfortable to having my skin to skin time with my baby in the operation room. Dr. Alhakatib was very thorough with the procedure and making sure I didn't bleed out due to my religious beliefs as Jehovah Witness, not accepting any blood. Everyone worked well together as a team and you could see the bonds they developed with each other. Then my room nurses couldn't be any kinder, they were pampering me and making sure 24/7 if ever needed anything. All you see were smiles. My experience was truly amazinh and will recommend to others! Definitely get a thumbs up from me.
