Since moving from the hospital to the current location the staff has gone from great to very uncaring. I had an appointment, I showed up but the doctor was tied up in surgery so I had to reschedule. They scheduled for a month later. They don't care for the patients. They were very unhelpful and just rude.
Only issue we have had is the insurance verification people. Apparently they do not know how to properly find coverage and copay amounts.. they made me pay $225 for my sons visit when it should have only been a $60 copay.... I called my insurance to verify I was correct and called them back and they wanted to argue with me that I was wrong. Well now cigna is getting me a refund. Other than that Dr. Rashid seems to be a very thorough cardiologist.
My daughter see's this heart doctor. He is crazy busy, his staff is kind, friendly and easy to work with. He is always on the phone but don't let that fool you he is on top of his game. He is 100% taking care of her and she is not the easiest patient.
Great service I a difficulty in paying my medical bills and they work with through the whole process and the staff are friendly.
