I made an appointment at this office, but when I called to check on something Carmen at the front desk says "we don't have any appointments set for you" . One would think she would have said I'm so sorry but let me see what I can do because when I made the appointment I told them there is an urgency but NO!!! She did tell me to come in so I did and I waited
After Carmen at the front desk I saw 5 people I believe starting with the one that called my name who put me in the room, to the one that asked me questions then one put in my medications in the computer, (while she was getting my medications into the computer someone knock at the door then she turned to me and said okay I have to go someone is calling me) then there was a guy asking me why I was there, then the one who did an EKG and by the way when she left the room she left the door wide open. I could hear the doctor on the phone and when he was done I could hear him and the assistant guy talking about me.
The doctor comes in the room ask me why I'm there (HAD HIS BACK TO ME 98% OF MY VISIT)
He only turned around because I said that I couldn't hear him. He gets a call while in with me and walks out of the room..I say to the assistant.. did he really just walk out without saying a freaking word to me? The assistant said yes he's busy. I said I have been waiting a very long time, I am busy as well and I think that is the rudest thing he just did and I don't like it. If the doctor had excused himself I wouldn't be as annoyed but he didn't. Excuse
me Doctor, MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO!
NO ONE in that office introduced their self to me so I had no idea their name or what they did. The office really needs some touch up work for sure professionally and cosmetically.
I won't be going back!!! RUDEST PLACE EVER!!
I should have read the reviews!!

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this office. From the moment I called to discuss my insurance situation, I encountered nothing but rudeness from the staff, particularly Carman, the office manager. My insurance company had recently changed names, and I was in the process of receiving a replacement card. In the meantime, I provided an image of the updated card as proof of coverage. Despite this, and even after my insurance company directly contacted them to confirm my coverage, the office staff refused to see me without the physical card.
Their response was not only inflexible but also unprofessional and dismissive. Carman, the office manager, was especially rude and made me feel undervalued and disrespected as a patient. It's clear that their strict policy is outdated and fails to accommodate the realities of modern insurance processes. The lack of flexibility and understanding in dealing with insurance issues is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
Given this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice. If you value respectful and accommodating service, this is not the place for you. The treatment I received was so poor that if it were possible, I would give them a negative rating. Their approach to patient care is severely lacking, and I left feeling both frustrated and disappointed.

I only came to this cardiologist because my OB needed an echo to be done. It takes at least an hour wait to be seen. I had a referral from my OB to get an echo done, they make you come back for a 2nd appointment to do the test even though they already knew the echo needed to be done. and then a 3rd appointment to get the results. They aren't very friendly over the phone. We asked about getting echo results for me to take to my OB. They told me we weren't allowed to have the results until we discussed it with the doctor. Even though I had already listed my OB on list to have my medical records released to and my OB was the one who requested echo and referred me. I only continued to come to this place because I had already paid for the 1st appointment. Find another place to go too. They are greedy and want every opportunity to take your money. There is even a sign on the wall that states that they will charge $25 for each sheet of paperwork you need filled out.

Where to start? My wife only came to this cardiologist because her OB needed an echo to be done. They are not punctual. At least an hour wait each visit. The last visit they changed her appointment time and called 30 mins prior to tell her, then she waited over an hour to be seen. They aren't very friendly over the phone. We asked about getting her echo results for us to take to her OB. They told us we weren't allowed to have the results until we discussed it with the doctor. When I told her that they cannot refuse giving her her medical information they got upset and said, "well, i know, but." They are greedy and want every opportunity to take your money. There is even a sign on the wall that states that they will charge $25 for each sheet of paperwork you need filled out. While waiting in the room, we could hear the cardiologist arguing very loudly with another patient. Several people were upset in this office and it was very obvious.
