Doing this Holiday season it has been a time to reflect on a very special Doctor and his staff. Dr Sami is my Cardiologist and for me he has truly been a Blessing in my life. His staff is absolutely amazing and should bottled their talents in making patients feel welcome and cared for. Dr Sami has a way about him that is completely family and you will feel as if you are his only patient. I truly love Chip and Audrey not because they are apart of the staff but because those two will get on me when I don't follow directions (often) because they care. HOUSTON CARDIOVASCULAR INSTITUTE you are very fortunate to have such a awesome team and for those of us who are patients, we are grateful and totally Blessed. THANK YOU ALL for taking care of our hearts.MENDED WITH LOVE.

Dr Sami is the best cardiologist I know of, he is very confident in what he does and it shows. I just had a procedure and all nurses in the heart cath area spoke highly Dr. Sami both before and after the procedure. I read a few reviews that were less than kind and all I have to say is that you need to expect to be in his office for a while and do not make excuses for why you haven't done what he asked you to do. Dr. Sami does not and will not sugar coat anything as he is here to help you and if he thinks you are not truthful he will let you know. Thank you Dr. Sami for saving my life.

No one likes the thought of switching specialists (e.g. starting over, completing new paperwork, getting to know the doctor and staff, etc.). But I have to say I am 200% happy I switched. Dr. Sami and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Sami takes time to actually listen and patiently answer my questions. The staff are warm and friendly, yet efficient and knowledgeable. I have been to the office several times and each time I am more impressed.

No idea what the 1 and 2 Star reviewers were expecting but they are way the heck off base. Dr. Sami has successfully mitigated my dad's high blood pressure, getting him off multiple medications, finding a slight blockage during an angiogram and fixing it right away with a balloon, I don't know what people want. He knows his stuff and is a really good practitioner. His manner is direct at first but once you get it oh, he can be hilarious while delivering solid medical knowledge. That's a plus in my book or any reasonable person's book. I'm making an appointment to see him soon myself.

I don't trust just anybody with my moms heart! Dr. Sami has earned my trust! After he repaired my mothers heart with a couple of stents, he took me to a computer and showed me a video of her procedure while he explained, in full detail, what he had done to give me and mom, many more years together! He's always so sweet and compationate! At every appointment, he spends time answering any and all questions we have! If we don't understand he will explain it again, with patience!
