Dorothy Marshall

I am new to TX, Dr. Dorothy Marshall was assigned as my new PCP. I am very disappointed as she has canceled all 3 of my scheduled appts and now I have been without my Insulin as well as other medically necessary prescriptions for over a month. With such unprofessional service I am now looking for a new PCP!

So I called the office to ask a few questions about the place before me or my daughter is seen and the lady who my insurance picked as my primary care provider. First off the lady that answered the phone was rude and told me the things they offer at this office. So I replied you don't offer pediatrics she said o ya that too. So then I asked about the actual pcp Dorothy Marshal, she let me know I would absolutely not be seeing her I would be seen by someone else that she doesn't see patients. I said ok an went to ask another question she shut me off and told me I don't have to use them as my pcp. I stated I'm fully aware of that but I'd like to know more. She proceeded to hang up in my face, I called back and didn't receive an answer. I completely understand why this place has absolutely no stars on the united healthcare app, couldn't find any on any other site as well! I would never go to this place and whoever the receptionist is should definitely be let go! It's a shame I actually considered going just wanted some information, after that altercation I'll definitely be going elsewhere!
