CareNow Urgent Care - Balch Springs

Well, CARE NOW URGENT CARE was fine and there service was fine.... So in my opinion they are needed in neighborhoods when you're sick or injured in some way and don't really need to go to the hospital or can't get to a hospital. Every one there was nice and polite from check-in to seeing the doctor. Like I said I think they are great and provide a great service for me and to it's other clients, they were a little slow because they only had one doctor there working so I had to wait about twenty five minutes in my room before the doctor got to me.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Maria, Natalie and Dr. Che are so friendly and caring. They took really good care of me when I went in not feeling well. The wait time was fast and the care I received was very thorough. I will be back to see them when I'm sick again and I'd highly recommend them and this Care Now location to everyone.

The worst Carenow ever! They made my kids and I wait over 30 minutes to be called to a room, while they had no one in the waiting room and no one in the back. The doctor is in the back on YouTube and his phone, while the assistants are all on their phones. We finally get called back, then they make us wait another hour, no communication on the waiting time for an X-ray. They could have communicated "hey it takes a while, how about we give you a call in a few go ahead and go" They made us wait over an hour, it's not until I step out to ask that they say yes go ahead and go. I should have gone to the Irving location, they would have had better service and patient care!

Great recent experience. Fast and efficient. Natalie and the staff including the doctor were great in helping me for my sickness. Highly recommend based on my visit.

Let start by saying this is the first time in a long time I felt like the doctor had humanity. I was feeling very sick and Dr.Che was extremely empathetic and reasoning . I appreciate her kindness . There was long wait time I was done with my visit within an hour .
