Always a great experience. Office is always neat and clean, wait time is normally minimal and staff is very professional and helpful. Dr Tucker takes the time to really get to know his patients. He is very thorough throughout the exam and takes the time to answer any questions and address any concerns. I never feel rushed and always leave with a better understanding of my overall health. I have been a patient of Dr Tucker for many years now and can say with complete confidence that my health/heart health is in the best of hands! Thank you all @Texas Heart and Vascular

Right when you walk in, no greeting from front staff and no eye contact indicating that they can help you. Both of the girls in the front just looked down when my husband and I came in and did not help him even though he was the only one in line. About 2 minutes passed and he decided to speak up, that's when they acknowledged him but were very passive aggressive and acted like we were bothering them. If you don't like working there find another job! Dr. Vinh Nguyen and his medical assistant were awesome on the other hand! They were incredibly understanding and didn't make the appointment feel rushed. If it wasn't for front desk I would of given 5 stars!

Receptionist were very thorough and very nice. I came in way too early and they worked me in. I did have to wait a bit but I know it was my fault. The nurse who came out to get me so sweet very kind. Dr. Tucker oh wow he's the greatest. He's attentive he explains things very carefully. Make sure that I don't have any other questions before I leave. I really really really really really really and I could go on. I'm so glad he's my doctor.

Lauryn D worked on pre authorization process for our prescriptions. She was very friendly and professional! Lauryn really cared about our concern and always tried her best to have the process done as soon as she can. Lauryn, thank you so much for your help!

My experience is great everyone is so kind and the doctor is see is very great i have known him for a while he was my mom's doctor and now he is mine i tell people to go see him if they need a great cardiologist he is so kind and patient
