Easily the best doctor I have ever had. He doesn't just check off the boxes on your health but he genuinely cares about what's going on in your life and in your head space. I moved out of Austin almost 2 years ago up to Killeen and I will gladly make the trip down there to keep him as my cardiologist instead of finding a doctor in my area.

Dr. Birnbaum first helped my wife after her stroke with her blood pressure. We were so impressed with his work ethic and care that I decided to go see him after an EKG in my PCP's office showed irregularities. Dr. Birnbaum was still the same caring no nonsense Dr. I remembered. He made some medicine adjustments for me and ordered a few more tests to be sure. Would never see anyone else.
