100% satisfied, as my appointment easy to get to easy And quick In-N-Out, the front desk staff members were great. The nurse staff were amazing. The doctor amazingly great because he had the patience. He asked all the right questions and was not in a hurry to get me out of there. He looked at all my history and his request requesting my records from my last hospital Stay so that he can find out what's going on with my heart A monitor to monitor my heart for two weeks I really vibe with all They all seem to care about their patients. I'm very happy. Satisfied because they're very patient and caring so from 0 to 10 I give him a 20

I've been going here for years, always impressed with the care. This morning I arrived at 8:40 a.m. was checked in immediately by a friendly young lady with a great attitude. Waited for less than a minute to be called in, weight was checked, EKG, blood pressure, health questions etc, another very nice young lady with a great attitude. Dr Risinger came in less than a minute later, as always great to see him. Scheduled my next appointment with yet ANOTHER sweet young lady, got home before 9:00 a.m. Did my heart good!

The office staff is always friendly. Every portal message gets answered promptly and with an easy to understand response. Dr. Wang is always on time and clear in his directions. He always listens to my thoughts and concerns without making me feel rushed. He always remembers who I am and asks thoughtful questions about myself and my family. I love the care I receive here.

Dr Kurian and Dr Smith are the only Dr's that I have seen (for 4 years) at this location. They and their team of workers are very coordinated with the communication between themselves and you. Questions are answered, you don't feel rushed. The parking can be a bit of a squeeze (somedays), but that's not on them. Nice office location behind Whole Earth Provisions on Western Trails. If you're looking for a Dr., cardiology, in the south of Austin. This would be the place I would seek out.

This was one of the most painless and smooth experiences I've had at a physician's office. The staff works quickly and efficiently while still being friendly and warm. You can tell by the atmosphere that the staff enjoy working there, which speaks a lot for the providers in the practice. Dr. Wang himself is extremely personable. He takes his time explaining things without any air of attitude or condescension. He clearly knows his field very well but is also genuine and compassionate. I would highly recommend this practice.
