Dr. Goswami, Christy Babis FNP, and all the staff at Austin Heart - Northwest are excellent. The practice focuses on preventative medicine with a common sense approach to what is best for each patient. Recommendations for medicine are explained and supported but without pressure. Appointments are not overbooked or rushed. My cardio health has never been better. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend.
The entire process was great! Dr. Goswami was amazing! He took his time explaining everything to me and fit me in for a stress test even though I had not set it up when I called for an appointment. His office staff, including his nurse, were great! I will definitely be using Dr. Goswami for future cardiac needs.
This morning I had my initial visit to Austin Heart Doctors. I was very impressed and felt very welcomed. From my check in at the front desk to my check out, the entire staff was pleasant and professional. I did not ever feel rushed or not listened to by everyone I encountered. The medical assistant, Erik was both professional and but me at ease instantly. And Dr. Goswani made me feel welcomed and he was easy to talk with. He made me feel that I made a good decision coming to him and that I could really trust him to take of me. All of these things are HUGE these days, especially when a lot of the times our insurance dictates who we may trust with our care. I was very impressed!
Office staff at this office was very pleasant and the nurse that took my vitals... he was very nice Dr Goswami was a positive energy to be around, very personable and caring, really wants his patients to do their best and seems that he will help every step of the way. I sure appreciate his true dedication to his patients
Very nice experience. The doctor has a new PA, whom I enjoyed visiting with. She's very personable, she asked and answered reasonable questions. Support staff is very nice, in person and on the phone. I highly recommend them.
