Austin Heart Central at the Heart Hospital of Austin

Its not often someone makes your day. I have been struggling to get in for help with my heart due to issues with the VA health insurance bureaucracy. Michelle took my call and did everything in her power not only to get me in, but also treat me with kindness, respect, and as a human. She spent extra time explaining everything to me and ensured I felt valued as a patient. We need more people like her in all industries.

All these places want is money they dont care about your health they want that $ I have MAP insurance which covers everything i get to my appt that was a referral from my MAP dr. And they wont even see me without paying its crazy that money is worth more than people lives

The ER nurses were fabulous, especially Erin. Very attentive and kind. Couldn't have asked for better care from Dr. Whitney either. I really liked his bedside manner.. Also very kind and attentive!

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Bhatt. He's about as good as they get. He is friendly, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to review my history, as I was coming to him from a different cardiologist, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and he has a disposition that makes you feel very much at ease. His office staff are friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to have found them, and would definitely recommend him and his practice.

I have been going to the Austin Heart Hospital for many years. I appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness in evaluating my health. It is easy to make appointments and they have free parking even though the parking lot can be crowded. Dr Abrams is easy to talk with and he explains things well. I especially like the wellness and educational videos in the waiting room and exam room. It makes me feel like they care about wellness.
