James R the gentleman at the front counter, is one of the most caring and knowledge health professionals ive had the honor of being helped by. He was thoughtful, on task, and effectively helped to resolve an issue with expediency. BB and the other young lady at the front(didn't catch her name) were just as professional, organized and caring. All three deserve to be considered for management roles as to instruct others on how to be as effective as they are. 12/11/25. -a patient

The administrative staff was very kind and highly competent, which seems to be rare in the medical offices I visit these days. Dr. Juhana Karha took plenty of time to talk through my concerns, was an effective communicator with a warm bedside manner, and left space for my questions. I had a great experience and left feeling like I'm in great hands. Everything was on time and I didn't wait long!

The nursing staff was wonderful. There was only one thing that was disturbing and it's a big one. One hour before the scheduled time to Ho yo surgery for a heart valve replacement, someone came to have my mom sign a form because Medicare had not approved the $220,000.00 surgery. She needed to sign that either she'd pay at that moment, she'd be responsible if things were not worked out with Medicare, or she would not go through with the surgery. Waiting till she is there, prepped, ready to go to surprise her with a two hundred thousand dollar bill is unacceptable. That conversation should have happened with enough time for us to work that out with Medicare. Maybe I'm too new to Medicare to know how this works, but that seems very irresponsible. That process needs to be corrected.
Other than that, we had great care by everyone.

Staff is very professional and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and clean. I like how the staff will speak with a smile and genuinely ask how are you doing. I always get the impression that the staff want to be there to serve. May God continue to bless each one of them as they continue to do an amazing job.

Dr. Alexander is great! He takes the time to listen to his patients and validates their concerns in order to provide the best possible care. I love the fact that he is still doing virtual visits which is great for us since we live outside of the Austin metro area. His staff is very accommodating and pleasant when I call the office. Keep up the good work!
