From start to finish, I felt confident I was in very expert and caring hands. Plenty of parking, and Reception checked me in quickly. Saw Dr Mani fairly soon after that. She was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions and explain everything in terms I could understand. I learned a LOT from the short visit with Dr Mani. She identified a few issues that need monitoring and treating, and she helped me understand how the treatment works. She was friendly and open while also being very focused. Her notes after the visit (shared with me via the Patient Portal) were very thorough and clear.

Dr. Mani's bedside manner is exceptional. She listens intently and she is very approachable. It's always easy and a pleasure to work with her kind and professional support staff. Appointment availability is flexible and feasible especially because she can be seen at two locations (Lakeway and Marble Falls). My wife is her patient too and she's equally happy with Dr. Mani.

There are few doctors who listen and take the time with you to answer your questions. My visit with Dr. Mani was a refreshing experience. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into something I didn't want to do - she was honest, caring and supportive. I recommend to any women who wants a female doctor who will listen. Even my PCP and OBGYN who I've seen for years don't give me as much time and patience as Dr. Mani did. Thank you.

Dr Mani, I do not recommend. In my opinion, she was highly Unprofessional, fiercely abrasive, loud, disruptive to entire office as she barged in today, throwing open the door! She began loudly demeaningly me in a volatile, arrogant, senseless manner! (I was shocked to conclude, in my opinion, that she exhibits two completely opposite personalities!) I highly suggest you bring a witness with you to your office visit, if you are a lone, ill, senior woman. I was in room with intake male, C, as he repeatedly ( I found falsely) stated that four of my recent messages I had sent to Dr Mani- (updating my symptoms before and following a weekend ER visit, during which several dire health concerns were revealed) had NOT been delivered to anyone at all! C., (direly lacking in communication skills, or else purposely deviant), pulled up my messages on a computer screen, showing me, saying see? This proved that I had sent NO Symptom Messages! Perplexed, I logged in on my phone and showed him the messages and, deeply confused, I asked him, respectfully, how I could re-send or forward my messages to the right location, explaining to him it was very important to me that Dr Mani received them. At this point, suddenly, out of the blue, Dr Mani, angrily jerked open the door pointing and angrily belittling, scolding, and reprimanding me! She yelled that if I didn't like her, go someplace else! (I said I liked her! And I tried to explain) She interrupted and loudly furiously stated that No more arguing is allowed in this office! She doesn't answer all messages! Quit wasting time!!! I was appalled and very shocked, to say the least, and, my defective heart pounding and short of breath, I tried to explain again. She wasn't interested in diplomacy and continued ranting, angrily stated that she got my messages! C doesn't get all of them! She abruptly furiously shut door and left. (All the office and the outter patients awaiting could hear her, in my opinion.) Shocked, I told C. that he should have said he doesn't get all my messages. Dr. Mani then angrily entered room. (C. then left the room, displaying a smug, sarcastic smile.) Alone: Dr Mani was very uncaring, sarcastic, disrespectful. I tried to converse and stated sadly that my sibling had just passed from a heart attack. She viciously sneered as she quickly retorted: "I'm not your psychiatrist! I'm a heart Dr.!" Snapped out sarcastic question, asking why I was concerned about messages. I said "Because I'm concerned about my health." She asked why I didn't do the one test. Under duress, I explained I was concerned about results of a lab test which showed venous oxygen level. She vehemently replied, "I'm not a pulmonologist! Go see one for that! I have nothing to do with it!" Then, I asked her if she could tell info from my completed test. She snarlingly asked, "WHY do you want to know?" I said, "because I could have a heart attack." She responding begrudgingly, addressed results ineptly, frustrated because I hadn't completed one test (although I had explained why and I had messaged good reasons). She responded that she had no way to know how to proceed if I didn't take the n test! I asked if she knew of any alternate tests? She slammed her table and in a rage, growled, "What do you want me to do!" She didn't explore (several) options well, and glaringly staring at me, said, "I am five minutes away from firing you as a patient!" I slowly struggled to get up, said I quit, as I bravely escaped her den. I am a retired, ill, concerned for my abruptly (to me) failing health, senior woman. I left in tears and will never go back! In my opinion, she was an immense disappointment and disgrace to her profession.

I had a very positive experience at my initial appointment with Dr. Mani. She was a kind and thoughtful listener, and allowed me to express my concerns without feeling rushed. Her recommendations seemed appropriate, and I have no hesitation about recommending her to others!
