TotalCare Emergency Room

This is the best emergency center I have ever been to! Dr. Lenzmond was the best doctor and had awesome people skills.. Nurse Tana was great and had unbelievable social skills as well. Ms. Chanda was also very great and respectful. Lauren was the start of a beautiful experience for me. She was very friendly and informative and she got me back there pretty quickly to get seen about. I love this place. Five stars doesn't even come close to the rating that these beautiful ladies deserve! I've never felt more seen and heard at any other place a I've been to!!

I cannot say enough about my experience with this ER. The staff makes this facility incredible. From the front desk, Lisa, all the way to the Doctor, Dr Stewart. They went above and beyond. Fred, the nurse took a lot of time explaining everything and walking me through all the details. Also I know Chande was a big part of making sure my vitals were all great and checking to ensure I was not falling apart. I can't say enough great things about this place. Also, the wait time was minimal as the team focused on getting me seen as soon as possible. Top notch! Go see these people if you have a medical issue. Thank you all for helping through today.

Dr. Lenanard is our favorite. She was not dismissive of my child's complaints and caught a potentially serious issue early on. All people we encountered from Lisa at registration to nurse Fred and nurse Chandra were helpful the entire time. Would recommend if you need a genuine caring team in an already stressful situation.

At this facility, they are equipped to take care of you in case of emergency. When we received care here, the staff were courteous and professional. They put forth effort to treat us fairly, long after our visits. I only wish they were able to get in-network with major healthcare providers. As I write this review, their website provides this information: "TotalCare Emergency Room is an out-of-network provider for all health benefit plans; however, state and federal laws require insurance companies to process a patient's ER visit at the in-network level and guarantee coverage in a true emergency." "... Medicare/Medicaid/TRICARE? Unfortunately, no. Freestanding Emergency Medical Care Facilities such as TotalCare ER cannot participate in federal government programs ..."

Poor service, staff extremely slow to react. I brought my fainting friend in, the entire staff was super slow to react even when the place was completely empty. They acted like they could care less. My friend was in critical condition internally and we only found out after 4 hours of sitting there waiting on nurses and doctors. They did not treat it like an emergency situation at all. We eventually just transferred to medical arlington. I would definitely skip this place and just head to a real emergency room. They also tried to originally charge her for a CT scan..
