Same issue with trying to schedule an appointment. Originally I had an appointment on October 6th. For some reason I decided to call to verify my appointment. They could not find it. The person who answered the phone did not ask me to schedule a new appointment. The next day Ai called and finally had someone answer the phone after 45inutes. She was very nice and rescheduled my appointment for Dec. 1st. I contacted the office today to verify my appointment again. It was not there. Im not sure what is happening at this office, but, it is not good!

I have tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone at your office after I received a call I missed to schedule my appointment. For 3 days I have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time and haven't spoken to anyone. I have lost faith in this office and will be moving on to another cardiologist. Glad I looked at the reviews, they are accurate.

Never in all my life have I experienced a more incompetent medical staff than the one at Heartplace South in Arlington. Hold time when calling always exceeds 10 minutes. Call backs take forever. Refill requests go unattended for a week, retired doctor account go unmonitored, Rx refill sent to wrong pharmacy causing 15 day delay in getting medicine. They forget we are patients beyond just in the office for an appointment. Disgusting treatment.

This is the worst doctor office I have ever visited. I had to wait from August 2024 to January 2025 just to get a second stress test because they botched the first one. They kept telling me it was due to insurance pre-authorization. I even offered to pay cash for the test but they still would not schedule it. I was told numerous times that I would receive a call back and never did. I was finally able to get the test done in January - now Dr. Harry South will not call me to discuss the results or the results from my recent hospital visit. I scheduled an appointment today, 03/04, I was within the 15 min. grace period but when I arrived they told me that it is now 10 min. and I would have to re-schedule. This place is unprofessional and does not care about its patients. The least Dr. Harry South could do is give me a call about my results. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would not recommend. Very poor communication and customer service. I paid quite a bit of money to have numerous tests done, and then I ultimately had to go back just to get the results. On my initial visit I was asked if it was acceptable to receive my results verbally over the phone, and I stated Yes. (I did try to call) Now, they want me to pay another exorbitant amount for the privilege of getting my results. And, the bill is more than double the amount I was told the office visit was going to be when I arrived. After calling their billing group and corresponding with an agent, in a follow up email the agent advised "I can see what we can do." Of course, I never heard back.
