Dr Sperry was a great heart Dr! But the business part of the the facility is something that can't be trusted. I was talked into a CT heart scan and was told the copay was $250. No problem I paid it and had the procedure. Oh no that wasn't enough, they promptly forwarded another bill to me for $311. Buyers be ware! Changing to another cardiologist. These folks say they charge one thing and then charge another, smoke and mirrors. I'm gone!
I was a new patient to Dr Sperry.I arrived with my caregiver and my cane(obviously I had mobility issued).Nurse came out to take me to exam room and my care giver stood to assist me,nurse said oh I don't need you,I've got this. "She's in good hands". We started down a hall with tile for the floor,my " rubber soled shoes caught on the tile and I fell .From this incident,I suffered a cracked patella, broken fibula and a torn meniscus. These injuries caused more difficulty" much more than before I had previously. Dr Sperry did nothing wrong,but the lack of assistance from this nurse is serious negligance. The office doesen't care.I asked how to call Heart Place corporate and got no answer.The lawyers don't seem to find a way to persue this situation. Still I have to deal with the result of the injury that could have been prevented.
Dr. Teng is excellent and I feel like I am getting the best possible care in Arlington. I have improved greatly over the two years I've been coming there and they are fast, friendly, and consistent! Thank you for caring people at the Heartplace!!
The front office staff is very rude. Except for one lady that helped me after my procedure and took my stitches out. They seems to not enjoy their job, one lady that sat at the window with the braids had a nasty attitude. They don't show compassion. People are already sick coming to the the Dr. the least they can do is greet the patients with a smile
they fit me in after being half hour late. desk was helpful and courtesy. Quick, PN was engaged, knew my history. explained everything. If all places took this practice, it was totally enjoyable. great team!
