Public Service Announcement: 11/20/25 Texas Tech's current system for accessing your health information through their "patient portal" makes absolutely no sense. They insist you sign up for the portal to view your medical information on your phone, yet they aren't providing any actual access or records through it right now. So what happens? You end up having to physically request your medical records anyway, which defeats the entire purpose of having a digital portal in the first place. Until Texas Tech fixes this pointless setup, the portal is basically just an unnecessary extra step -- offering nothing, helping no one, and wasting everyone's time.

absolutely so over being on hold for 30+ minutes. i do not understand what is going on up there in order for the center to not answer phone calls. every time i call there is always laughter in the background or talking. i do not think these females take their job seriously and its so sad. even when i go in person for my appointment half the time they are gossiping about something while only ONE person is doing their job. also lets not mention all of there AWFUL attitudes, i never understand there reasoning for it but they are awful.. always have been. only reason I stay is because I really do enjoy my OB Renee Thomas. PS. been on hold for 35 minutes now.

When a patient states they don't want to know the gender but the sono tech feels she should know because she is the mother, does not give them the right to still tell her what the gender is 3 days away from the gender reveal she wanted so badly to have with her first baby and it's ruined all because the tech felt she should know and not wait money wastedTHANKS. Not once but multiple times in less than 3mins of asking not tell them the gender because the big day WAS on Thursday. We was there for measurements of the baby not for a tech to purposely look for the gender WHEN ASKED NOT TO and tell the mom because the tech felt she should know and she didn't do many secret sonograms before.

They never answer the phone. I have tried calling several times in the past week and end up listening music on hold for forever and just end up hanging up. Maybe they should consider hiring more staff to answer and schedule/reschedule appointments.

Dr. WARNER is insensitive and abrupt. He should not be practicing any kind of Healthcare. All he did was insult my family. Very unprofessional. Other staff was great Dr. Warner is an atrocious health practitioner. I'm sure he doesn't care about a stupid Google review but steer clear...
