We do not recommend coming here due to the excessive wait time here. We can in for a simple procedure birth control. Doc told us "oh it will be quick in and out" here we are almost one hour in and still no doctor. The nurses will tell you the doctor will see you in a minute.. what is there definition of a min 45 mins,1 hour, 2hours. This is ridiculous. Completely unsatisfied with the performance and professionalism of Texas Tech oncology and obstetrics department.
Five stars is for Dr Usala and his team. If I had to give Texas Tech head people stars it would not even be one. It's a shame how they can't get their technology back up to where they can even save from a visit before. It's also a very big shame that they even let that happen of losing all of our private information.
It's a great place. The drs. Take time to hear your concerns . They listen actively and deal with your concerns.
Texas Tech Phycians is an exception place where you walk in and you know you are going to get the care you deserve and need. Thank you all again!!
