Great personal experience. No wait time at all. Staff was amazing, kind and accommodating. The people who work here really care about their patients and make sure everyone is comfortable. Will return here for any issues in the future and highly recommend this place for treatment for anyone else. Dr. Khan, nurses Becca and Brad, Vicki and Anisha are amazing people to receive treatment from and I thank all of you for taking care of my woman the way y'all did!
They are very nice and made me feel like I was very well taken care of. There was no wait to see the doctor. That in itself was something that was a relief because I was in so much pain. They kept me over night and made me feel very comfortable my whole stay.
Probably one of the best and easiest ER experiences I've ever had. My son got hurt and they were quick, kind, great with him, and the price was definitely reasonable. I had no idea they existed before today, and I will 100% be going there back next time I need any sort of ER visit. From the second we walked in, to the moment we left, everyone was so nice and so helpful. I would absolutely recommend Neighbors over the other ERs close by.
The visit was professional by all. There was very little wait time. The Doctor was knowledgeable and gave advice on how to get better. They took our insurance which was also great. Glad this facility is in Amarillo
We came into the urgent care because my 3 year old woke up in the middle of the night having stomach pains. After speaking with the doctor, who was great, the nurse came in to do the normal flu, covid, strep test. We have had these done on him several times previously so I didnt think it was any big deal. They were telling me I needed to forcefully hold him and wrap my legs around him so he couldn't move. I thought this was a bit much because he has always just let the nurses perform the test with no issue. The first was the covid test which I know requires you to go a little ways into the nostril and is uncomfortable but this nurse shoved the test stick so far up his nose on both sides it immediately started dripping blood. When questioned about it all I got back was attitude about how this is how it had to be done. He has never bled from any test before. I also asked a few nurses I know and they agreed he should not have bled from this. This same nurse was confused on the prescription telling me I didnt need to fill it but the doctor told me I did. Good nurses go along way and I think maybe the nurses here could use some training.
