I've been visiting this location for my primary care for 2 years and it's been a very positive experience. Parking is super easy and all of my interactions with the staff have been polite and courteous. They have an app which makes it super easy to submit non-urgent messages/questions and request/reschedule appointments. I haven't had any problems during my annual physicals or other visits.
Honestly the worst I Have been trying to make an appointment since early June and have been rescheduling basically once a month because they keep cancelling my appointments. To me these notices are late they are same day cancelations I requested time out of work once for every month (5 in a row) and can't afford these late cancellations. And their reasoning is not even good. How am I able to make an appointment if my provider isnt even there!! Wouldn't recommend unless it's set in stone.
Just called there asking if they do primary care and before I could finish my sentence the front desk lady - Robin, rudely interrupts and just says no. Doesn't elaborate on what no means. You seriously need a better front desk person, who is friendly and has patience.
