BSA Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic

I first saw Dr. Mitchell 4years ago . Always a very healthy older adult but started having an issue for a week before I went to see her, she immediately diagnosed the issue & told me to go hospital the next morning to be admitted. Called me on the way home and told me not to go home but to BSA, admitted, had surgery the next morning to BSA, problem resolved. Appreciated the fast and excellant communication of lab results. Now am having another set of symptoms. Confident that once again it will be diagnosed & treated quickly and the lab testing, results are being done with easy fast communication which I appreciate. So pleased that I established with Dr. Mitchell, highly recommend.

This medical office is such a breath of fresh air in that it was my very first time visiting here and there were no issues with waiting too long to been seen, nor was I treated as anything other than a unique individual. They provide such respect to me as the patient and handled every aspect of my visit with care. The attention to detail was excellent, too. Great job to all of the staff that I encountered during this visit!!! You made my day better.

I've been going here for two years. I have no complaints. Everyone has been nice and willing to help. They go out of their way to help. I've noticed that numerous reviews are many years old. Perhaps things have improved. I'm not sure if those drs are even at this clinic now. Give them a chance!

Dr Holly Mitchell is a superb diagnostician. She actually cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions. My family has been fortunate to be in her care for many, many years.

Normally they give me reminders of my appointment via text, but recently the only reminder I got was a snotty letter in the mail telling me I missed my appointment. They also told me that if I missed two more they would no longer accept me as a patient. If you have problems with remembering appointments they set a year ago, I'd think twice about twice about coming here.
