THEY USE A CALL CENTER. The doctors and offices are nice, it's a beautiful place and the people in the building are very nice. Getting ahold of anyone over the phone is horrid, they use a call center instead of a general receptionist. When you call this number you get a call center instead of anyone who works at the building. They are extremely hard to understand, they misunderstand us and seem to not care. We called multiple times to get established as new patients and they told us each time there was no way to transfer or page the doctor we wanted and they got our information very wrong even when spelled slowly. They never sent any information over to the doctor even after telling us they were. We had to go to the building in person, walk to the doctors office and talk to their receptionists to get anywhere. The call center is completely useless and a waste of your time and everyone's money. Great place, terrible to get ahold of. Don't waste your time just go in person

Joann at radiology was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! I give the greeter/concierge 1 star because she was rude and said she didn't know where we were to go for our appointment! I understand moving such a large practice to a new building will have issues getting organized but it is ridiculous in here right now! Surely it will get better!

My PCP sent a referral to this office, and after a week, I called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist initially couldn't find my referral, but after I insisted it had been sent, she suddenly 'found' it. I was told it was awaiting approval from the doctor, but they had no timeline for when that would happen. Three weeks later, I called again--still no update, no approval, no denial, nothing. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating.

If it were possible to give no stars at all, I would. I was compliant with their rather difficult new patient process. I filled out and returned every single piece of paper they requested (the majority of them while I recovered from major surgery). All I was looking for was a Primary Care Doctor I could call for a yearly physical exam and whenever I had a cold or wasn't feeling well. All of my other medical conditions were otherwise being taken care of by the proper specialists. I returned the completed New Patient Packet only to receive an email back telling me that "Upon further review we cannot accept you as a patient." I asked why, because I felt that I deserved a reason and simply got that "my office manager told me so." So, moral of the story is, they will deny you medical care for no reason. I would absolutely NOT recommend a medical office that will deny you as a new patient without rhyme or reason, because that tells me that had they taken me as a patient, there's a pretty good chance that further down the road, they would've denied me actual medical care that I'd genuinely need. Please do not waste your time going through their highly unnecessarily rigorous new patient process just so they can turn around and deny you medical care.

Patient

Would give no stars if I could..filled out required paperwork to be seen as a new patient for a primary care doctor. They denied me to be a patient when they received my previous records from my doctor in Oklahoma City on that I do not go to the doctor enough to warrant them seeing me as a patient. You would think that is a good thing.
