I go to dr. Britten he is awesome so i won't change dr. And also his nurses are on point they take care of me every time. Any time I go to see him he always listen to me and trieds to find out whats wrong with me sure they get busy they see alot patience but it worth the wait I knw some don't have bed side manners

Yikes, these terrible reviews make sense now. I was seen by Abby Clark, who was too busy to see me at my scheduled time 1045am because I was interfering with her 11 o'clock appointment. She asked me a question as I was telling her she interrupted me and said "yeah you already told me that" then makes a snotty face. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was acting!!! I looked back at my daughter who went with me to see if maybe I was reading too much into it, and she her self was very disgusted!!! Clark made some more notes, still making comments about how I was holding her back from her next appointment. I seriously was just sitting there she did most the talking. She asked me another question, the one she had already asked me and cutted me off about. Im sure she was probably just having an off day but seriously you got to fake it till you make it!! I couldn't imagine making someone feel like a burden in such a situation. If I didnt NEED my medication I would've just left. Her nurse called me with my results, I accidentally hung up when I was pulling my phone out of my pocket, I called right back in the same second, they said shes busy and will give me a call back she never did. The FOLLOW MY HEALTH APP WAS VERY INFORMATIVE!! THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE so I could read my own results lol. The front desk and the lady that took my blood were amazing though!!!!

Used to love coming here, recently had a test come back not the best and they were supposed to help refer me to a specialist however its been almost a year now of me calling here and the other place they "sent the referral" to to call me back with an appointment come to find out they never got the referral, so Dr meek or leak and nurse lied I had to go out of my way to find someone and I have also found a new primary care doctor that cares hell of a lot more than this place. The nurse practitioners are always kind , the Dr you only see for a few moments and I swear being rude is a requirement to be a receptionist here. I have also made $300 in payments that is not reflecting my balance but supervisors refuse to help me look over my bills, literally shows I paid $300 but still saying I owe the original amount and they threatened me with collections even though they're taking money and not putting towards my balance.

Hate their phone system & communication... I work at a clinic and phone calls get sent directly to me & I have to respond to the patient that day or the next at the latest! Nurse doesn't not get back to me til a week or more but after I called several times! If u need paperwork done just forget about it! And they close during lunch on WEDNESDAYS BUT NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE SO I WAISTED MY TIME GOING TO GET MY RECORDS! It's a mess I should have read the reviews before going there!

I like Dr O'Dell but I feel like I'm always rushed out anytime I go in, I went for a follow up today and the nurse didn't even seem to have a clue while I was there when I was asking questions about my health more or so like I was inconveniencing her, things can definitely be better
