Long-time patient at BSA-ADC. Worn out three doctors already. Missed every one until I got comfortable with the next. They have enough that if one doesn't fit, they can move you to another - in same clinic. All the latest testing or ability to refer to outside specialist. Haircuts, dentists, doctors - I don't like hopping around and they all call me by my middle name. Call ahead, I think they have same-day appointments.
Second to none. Extremely thorough. Doesn't miss a thing. Monitors every other doctor on your care team and includes that information in his patient reviews. I receive personal phone calls from Dr Pay when he has concerns, questions, or follow-ups on important test results (including medication management). I trust him with my life completely. I encourage anyone looking to *upgrade* to a better primary care doctor to contact his office and schedule a consultation.
