6/8/25 Wanted to update on this review. I was contacted by Dr. Gupta the next day after my original review. He went over my results and explained my test results were normal. He was not seeing the conclusion that my stress test was abnormal. I kept my follow up appointment to take the test results I had seen in order to explain why I was so insistent on someone contacting me. The conclusion I was seeing was computer generated and was not accurate. I should not have seen that as part of my results. Dr. Gupta sat down with me, explained and reviewed my results, and made everything very clear. I would like to make note that the original review was not about Dr. Gupta's knowledge or skill as a Cardioligist. I was a member of the healthcare field for 20 years and Dr. Gupta has always been a great physician. This situation was the unfortunate miscommunication of information. Dr. Gupta is still my Cardiologist and I am lucky to be under his care. 5/22/25 I had a stress test done almost a month ago and it was abnormal. I happened to be physically in the office a week later and they said they did not have the results. The staff logged into the hospital's portal and got my results. I was told someone would call me. Two weeks later I called the office and explained everything that happened thus far. I was told the person I was assigned to was no longer with the practice and I would be assigned to someone else and would receive a call. It has been yet another week and I have not heard anything. I am just hoping my abnormal stress test isn't serious. So far, I am not impressed -I can't even get a phone call for my abnormal stress test.
