After posting a review earlier this evening, I started reading other reviews and the replies from the hospital administration. First of all, this wasn't my 1st bad experience with this hospital, I just never posted a review about the other times before. It seems like most of the good or positive reviews come from people having babies here. Which I'm very glad to see, as that should be a good & positive experience!! Or that maybe the good reviews are written by family members of employees, because there are soooo many bad reviews and most are about pretty much the same thing and have been for SEVERAL YEARS, if you read back through the reviews. But yet still nothing changes...and then you read the replies from hospital admin, they are all the same except they chage the first name to the person who posted the review. That right there, says Administration, doesn't read, or care about Patient reviews because everyone gets a generic reply, and NOTHING ever changes....and it has not in years. Pretty sure it will not in the future. So, speaking for myself and my family, Goodbye !!!!!

The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The wait times were ridiculous though. We were there for almost 7 hours
