Dr. Kozinski is one of the kindest and knowledgeable family doctors I've ever had. His staff are kind and efficient. He listens and I have never ever felt rushed. I've moved about 45 minutes away and I refuse to find another doctor. He's really that good.
Visiting the doctor was fine. It was the steps before that was a little concerning wish the front staff would have sent out a letter giving information about my appointment and the paperwork I need to do in the beginning. They also did not give me a reminder due to the fact, someone put in a completely different number for me Not even sure where they got the number And why didn't they check to make sure the information was correct before we got off the phone? The customer service greeting could've been better. But overall, the doctor appointment was fine.
Dr R Kozinski has been my doctor for many years. I appreciate his professionalism skills as a physician to me and my health. I would recommend him to anyone that has health problems.
Dr Kozinski always takes time to listen to you and answer your questions in simple language. He really does care about you and it shows in the way he treats his patients.
No one is perfect so I don't give 5 stars. That being said this office is awesome and Dr. Bryan always takes time to listen to me and my concerns. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and everyone is so nice. The wait times are not too long ether.
