My mother in law was seen here not me personally..very glad I wasn't. I called to try and ask a question for my mother in law, which by health information standards the receptionist should have verified with my mother in law that I was able to do so, but as soon as I gave her a name .I was bombarded by a 5 minute speech on what a horrible person my mother in law was for not cancelling her appointment, which she wasn't able to go to because her daughter's father had passed away and was dealing with other issues at hand, needless to say the receptionist who may be the doctors wife, still proceeded to inform me all about how there was a bill in the mail and how they lost money because she didn't even call to cancel her appointment. Very very unprofessional . I understand they are a business and maybe they lost money, but also understand sometimes you can't help things that happen in life!! So to make it short if you have to cancel or make an appointment please please cancel a week ahead of time or else you deal with a bunch of needless bickering and ranting! And health information being shared with anyone who calls no matter what!
