Tennessee Heart and Vascular - Skyline

The doctor and staff here makes me feel comfortable and important. They pay attention and give me answers that I have a clear understanding of. I feel blessed to have such people whom I can trust and depend on. Thank you Dr. Conally and Staff. I appreciate you all.

My experience with skyline was first on an emergency basis since I passed out and didn't even know I was there they were able to keep me alive since my heart was beating 30 beats a minute. The doctors and nurses tended to my needs while I was there for the 5 days and sent home with a monitor. The whole staff was very kind empathetic and hospitable during my stay. The food was pretty good and the rooms were big and exceptionally clean. Other than having my blood drawn daily at 3:30 in the morning everything was fine!

Everyone was pleasant, competent, and truly helpful. My wait was almost non-existence, after a seamless check-in. Doctor Shaukat and the nurse both seemed happy to see me, and scheduling my next appt was easy. Good job all of you!

I had a great experience at this office. It feels like I am part of their family in every way. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

While I did arrive extra early because that is what the person over the phone told me to do the day before, was very frustrating to wait over an hour and a half. I do believe that it was a miscommunication between office and phone personnel. That being said, everyone in the office today was very kind, professional, and helpful. As soon as I was called everything went very smoothly and quickly and staff explained everything to me every step of the way.
