Don't settle for Bryan Doherty's inefficient cardiology services! Mom is 88 years old and had elevated blood pressure that needed immediate attention. I called in Feb 2025 to get a new patient appointment. Next available was July 2025. Meantime, I asked if mom could be seen sooner under the circumstances. I was told someone would call back. Next day, I followed up and spoke with a customer service representative from hell! Rebecca is her name. This lady was rude and disrespectful. She said in a very nasty tone "she missed her last appointment." Mom's old! and not well often times. Besides, what did missing an appointment months ago have to do with her elevated blood pressure 188/76 today? Rebecca preceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to argue with me. No compassion, no humanity, no professionalism. No thanks, we'll find another cardiologist that doesn't hurd patients in like cattle and can't give quality service. Meantime, Allison called back, said she left a voicemail yesterday. I respectfully, advised her that the damage was done and we are not interested in becoming a patient now.
