My appointment with Dr. Morris was fine. It was a virtual appointment explaining to me about the watchman implant procedure. His office is to call and complete the scheduling. Everything was very professional.

You cannot get a better group of people to care for you. I felt like I was leaving family when I left That includes the Doctors, nurses, technicians and even house cleaning. They all are a genuine family of people. Also appreciate the evening prayers. God bless all of them

Thanks for saving my life, everyone! I never doubted that my heart was in the right hands, and getting wheeled in to surgery was actually entertaining. I recognized several people there who'd been to my hospital room earlier to chat, so getting prepared for surgery by multiple people wasn't the least bit weird. It's weirder to see surgery performed on tv because the procedure there seems so cold and clinical. I love Ascension St. Thomas Hospital. The best hospital I've ever seen first-hand in my entire life.

People wake you up in the middle of the night to WEIGH you. Most of the staff, nurses and techs, are very nice with the exception of a few Nurse Ratchets. Day nurses fantastic. At night, its almost impossible to get pain meds on time, sometimes 2 or 3 hours late, which is absolutely unacceptable. Overall care fantastic! I was in 14 days the first time, then readmitted 5 days later for another surgery and stayed 4 days

My husband had a massive stroke in 2019 and valve replacement surgery June of 2025. I have a great experience both times with the staff from doctors, surgeons, nurses and supportive staff. Both times they went beyond expectations and face him back to me with a wonderful quality of life.
