Dr. Gresham really listens to me on every visit. Because of her ability to stop everything to focus in me I truly feel I'm getting the best care and advice.its clear the staff is a team. Each assuring I receive the best care. I wish I could do as much for each of them as they do for me. My visits are stress-free because I know I'm in the best care. I love doctor Gresham! She is very personable with her patients and actually cares about how they are and remembers you when you go to appointments. She's very sweet and helped me with things other doctors would not. She believes you and doesn't dismiss your concerns even if it's something small. She's amazing and I'd recommend anyone go to her! I travel to go to her rather than locally because she's amazing and if traveling doesn't work all the time she does teledoctor appointments over video chat as well :)
Dr. Gresham is a wonderful doctor and very helpful to her patients because she takes the time to listen to concerns in order to provide excellent care. Her nurse and office staff are also good and helpful.
Just like everyone else, getting a call back with your own results is next to impossible. It's an absolute nightmare when this is needed for another drs office to get a procedure done. My other dr has even reached out and been told lies that I wasn't in contact with the cardiologist. If you have a serious matter or if you have an ongoing matter I suggest looking elsewhere. The follow through does not exist in the slightest which leads me to believe that the amount they truly care is also non-existent. They make you select a star on the review when in reality they don't deserve any. I truly couldn't be more infuriated with an experience.
Saw this dr and really liked her bedside manner months ago. As far as the dr herself, I felt she was very welcoming and friendly. Nice clean office and friendly staff.. Dr Gresham was the best part of my experience. I would definitely see her again.
