Ms Gaffney continues to impress. She's terrific with my mom, whose health care needs are complicated and challenging. Her approach with Mom is to watch things closely and make small adjustments. She listens and takes seriously all that we tell her and advocates with other providers to help ensure that Mom gets the best care. I could not recommend her more highly.
