We're in this with you, to help you get the care you need, safely. Vanderbilt Health has restarted surgeries, procedures and clinic visits that were paused or delayed. Safety is our top priority, with measures that follow - and in some cases exceed - local, state and CDC public health recommendations. Everyone wears a mask - patients, visitors, doctors, nurses and staff. We're sanitizing rooms between each patient, and cleaning public spaces frequently throughout the day. We're checking everyone for fever and symptoms before they enter our facilities. We've spaced chairs in waiting areas, limited the number who can ride elevators at once and made other changes so we can keep a safe (6 feet) physical distance. And telehealth visits may be...

Had to wait in the exam room for 1 hour!!! And the doctor never showed up! No one even apologised or notified me about the delay.
In the end I just had to leave as I have a little baby at home and my husband had to take some time off work for my appointment.
What a poor service considering the fact that I had to book this appointment 2 months in advance.
Definitely will be looking for another provider!

My first impression was that Dr. Murali was informative without talking down to me and I initially thought I had found the doctor I wanted to stick with. Unfortunately, after my visit I was asked to remain in the exam room while they "called in" my prescription. I obligingly waited for 20 minutes. They were ever so efficient in collecting their money and ordering some more expensive tests but after 2 days ...still no prescription at pharmacy. Yes, having to hunt them down like a bill collector to actually get the prescription irks me but the biggest problem I have is that he thought nothing of wasting my time...as if my time simply didn't matter. It matters to me as I don't get paid for time I'm not at work. Maybe I don't get paid what he gets paid but my time is every bit as important to me as his is to him. I can't respect a doctor who doesn't respect me.

Pulled up medical records prior to entering room but the doctors don't tell the whole story or categorize it right. When you bring up other health concerns that may effect your heart health, he cuts you off immediately while talking and says "I'm just the heart". Well the brain and heart and nervous system and emotional system and other systems need to work harmoniously together. No time nor empathy for pts. Not investigative. He had no detective curiosity to see why things aren't working right in your body. Treats the symptoms only.

Dr. Kolli, the other doctors, and the staff of the Vanderbilt Heart Center are wonderful. The care they provide is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. I've been a patient of Dr. Kolli for many years and am delighted that Murfreesboro has such quality cardiac care available.
