Avoid This Hospital at All Costs -- Terrible Evening Care. If you value compassion, competence, or even basic attention, stay far away from this hospital. The evening shift nurses are some of the most inconsiderate and unprofessional caregivers I've ever encountered. They seem completely disconnected from the needs of their patients -- often ignoring call buttons, showing little empathy, and making careless mistakes. Patient charts are frequently mishandled or left incomplete, which can be dangerous and shows a serious lack of accountability. The staff appear poorly trained and overwhelmed, yet indifferent to the fact that their inaction directly impacts people's health and safety. Instead of providing care, they often leave patients to fend for themselves, creating a cold, stressful, and unsafe environment. No one deserves to be treated this way when they're already vulnerable and in need of help. Until this hospital addresses its staffing issues and holds its evening shift accountable, I strongly recommend avoiding it altogether. Go anywhere else -- your well-being depends on it. The care I had was excellent. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The nurse was very attentive. Although I did not have an appetite, the food I did eat was delivered warm and looked appealing. The care was very good. The only thing I found a bit strange was the discharge. No one told be I could just walk out on my own, so I was left waiting for someone to push me out when discharged. Walking out was not a problem for me, but I feel I should have been told of the procedure.

I was sent to labor/delivery from my ob (31 weeks Pregnant) and i had to take my 10 month old due to my fiance being stuck at work and we were sent there so quickly for decreased fetal movement. Our baby is perfectly fine but the way the nurses helped and treated me made me feel so seen. Everyone was so nice to him and the nurses got him snacks and offered to help with him. The nurses were the sweetest

The care I received was top notch. The ER staff was great. They responded in a timely way to my medical needs. Dr. Manwaring is terrific. I am thankful for his expertise, compassion, and great communication. The nurses and techs on med/surg worked hard to make me comfortable and were very kind.

I had a good experience in this hospital. The ER care was excellent and my stay for 3 days the care was great. My nurses Aiya and Grace were very professional and very very good. The 2 Jordans the technicians who took care of me were also very good. The food was awful and the housekeeping staff are nonexistent. Chair was filthy and bathroom was not clean. I was so sick I didn't care much at the time. The care staff is top notch I would recommend this hospital.
