Patient

I have been going to this clinic for almost 3 months now and it has been horrible. Dr Das has left me traumatized from his long office visits to changing my medication and miss billing me. He has always been in a reach every time he makes it to seeing me and never really listen to concern. Then he stated after my stress test I had a blockage and need to be seen soon as possible. But I was scheduled a month later on 12/4 for 1:00 pm. But after not eating since 9pm and arriving at the hospital as told at 9am that was 12 hours. I then waited another 6 hours until 2:30pm and still hadn't went back for surgery. I got to feeling real bad; nausea, weak, nervous, headache and light chest pains. So I called the nurse to see why it was taking so long and was told Dr. Das had 2 more patients ahead of me and he had really over schedule patients on the chart for today. Why would you overwhelm yourself with surgery procedures when these are people lives that matter. I prayed to my Father and decided to leave, but before leaving Dr Das call the room apologizing say if you wait you will be next. Really, so as I stated above another time been reach as if I do not matter. I'm so saddened and very hurt. Then to end it I paid down for a surgery I never got and was told I can reschedule for February 2026. I can't stop crying.

The Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Das himself, and his medical assistant were the only people who acknowledged speaking and actually shook my hand. That was welcoming, and with today's climate, that is much needed. The front desk receptionists needs to be retrained, PROMPTLY! Speaking on a patients private business and concerns should not be discussed amongst other waiting patients. Outside of that, my service was great!
