I really hate to do a post like this but I feel like things like what I'm about to say should be heard. First thing is this I'm a African American woman so this stings for me to post but I am. The supporting staff is horrible and very unprofessional they pick up the phone laughing continously talking to other people while not even addressing me at all referring to me as honey, sugar and baby. They continously want you to make appointments for absolutely nothing if you ask questions nobody can give you and answer everyone is clueless. Now this is what I hate to say 98% of the staff seems to be African American and these are the things that people in my culture say are stereotypes but if you live up to those standards then you can't blame people for not wanting to patronize black businesses and its a shame

Horrible hospital and doctor
Kept Sam without food for 4 days
While they were postponing the procedure
Had to call the charge nurse to get them to feed him on Tuesday evening
The doc said it was lack of communication
All he needed was for the patient not to eat for 6 hours before the procedure
Then on the day of the procedure
They took him down at 12:30 pm
On a Wednesday and I did not hear back until a careless nurse naked Niki called at 4:40 pm saying the procedure was taking place and everything was fine
And that the doctor would call me
At 4:55 pm I get a call from the doctor to show up at hospital- I was at work. I rushed through traffic
Got there at 5:46 pm no one gave me any explanation
They said wait on Doctor He was paged repeatedly for over 30 minute
When He showed up he told me my brother had died
My brother walked into the hospital just fine. I walked with him and visited daily
they killed him.
When I went to see him for the last time, they had already bagged him and covered his eyes with tape
My brother was cold to the touch
They lied and killed him. They covered up the time of dead
No one at that nasty hospital ( floor) even looked at me to give me a kind work, a condolence
Those nurses have been on the job too long
They don't care
This doctor talks nice but don't be fooled
Stay away from St Francis
We bare the same last name, but we are nothing alike
Can't sue them because "they did everything according to protocol ". They took a beautiful life full of joy and energy out in less than 20 minutes

The staff is HORRIBLE! I've left 4 messages without a return call. I'm out of medicine and they don't give a shit.
I'm looking for a new cardiologist. This office is a joke.
