Dr. Lan gave me a Watchman because of my high risk of clots formed by afib. Later he changed my medication to amioderone and within 2 weeks my afib stopped. I could feel it easing up til it quit. Then he scheduled an ablation with a new improved method and it was totally successful. He is the best cardiologist EVER! THANK YOU DR. LAN!
My husband waited over 2 1/2 hours for Dr. Lan today, and finally just walked out of the Stern Clinic at 5:45 pm! The entire place was shut down and there was no one even available to complain to!!! What an absurd way to run a clinic.
Friendly staff and doctors that listen. Dr Lan performed a procedure on me and it was successful. His nurse was kind and let me call her whenever needed to calm my nerves about the procedure before I had it done. They are thorough and care about your heart. I would definitely recommend and I have!
Quick and fast appointment. Friendly services and great customer services from scheduler to receptionist. Unable to see Dr. Lan due to he was 30-45 minutes behind schedule. At that point I wish someone would've had the foresight to call me (and I'm sure others) and re-schedule. I was 30 minutes early to the appointment and waited about an hour total so about 30 minutes into my appointment time. I never saw the physicians due to I had to leave or I would be late for another appointment. When calling to reschedule I was not able to find a live person to help me at this clinic or NEA Baptist since they kept referring me back to the clinic phone number where no one ever answered. I did get a call back from them at a later time but had already made up my mind to find another provider.
When I went to see Dr Lan he explained everything in detail about getting the pacemaker. I was very comfortable with the idea when I left office
