I have called three times this week, needimg a letter from dr diaz. Each time I have explained what i need and why. They have taken information and said thst his nurse would callme asap. So far no call. I have told thrm that there was a te frame for getting letter. Hope they repond faster if i need medical care.ay this rate you could die.
