As this appointment is normally every 3 montgs and the next week you see the Dr Shala. However; you really don't see him. The services and lack of communication is questionable. There was an appointment made for me by another facility, which the appointment person for the echo said the closest appointment was Dec. 26, 2025, I told the doctor, I couldn't do that one. She then said December 30, 2025. to him there is another appointment date of Dec. 30th. I called and spoke to the Office Manager, Anita, she said there was an appointment on Dec. 10th. I made the physician aware that there was a closer appointment date. I also found out that the lady scheduled the prior appointment she made for Dec. 26th and scheduled me another appointment for January 14th of which I hafmd no clue. They canceled my appointment for 10/23/2025 but said I canceled the appointment. It seems that integrity and compassion is questionable. I am here for a follow-up only to learn I am scheduled with someone whose name the feont desk said her name was Mary Ann.Mary Ann.

You never get to see Dr. Shala. Also when trying to schedule return appointments I have been faced with incorrect scheduling. The echo information gets sent to wrong location and they refuse to accept responsibility for their errors. Ms. Anita Lyons doesn't like to be recorded she will hang up on you. They record you but they don't want to be recorded. They make a lot of errors and accountability is something they don't take well too. They are rude some not all. There is a lady at the front desk ahe changed my information without me knowing.

I visited this facility a few times and I was not at happy with the waiting time. Waited more than two hours one day and at least 60 mins the other days regardless of when I arrived for my appointment and what time was my appointment. You got to wait out for hours and go in, get checked in by nurse, then again wait in the patient room for at least 30 to 60 mins. Every time I waited this long, I was terrified and angry that they don't respect other's time. But when I saw doctor Shala, my anger was melted. He is so good that you feel it was worth the wait. I understood that everybody wants to have an appointment with him, so he is doing his best to accommodate everyone's request. Of course, he has only 24 hours in his day and if everyone wants his time, he can only make people wait, meet and treat them. Doctor is amazing and yes, wait time is unreasonable hence giving four stars. Front office staff can be better as they don't seem very friendly, they just do their job. They don't know how long is the wait and they say you got to wait.

Dr Shala is an outstanding cardiologist. He sat down with me and answered all my questions, he did not rush out of the office like many doctors do. I highly recommend him. His staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.

Long wait times, never see the doctor after years of being a patient, takes months to schedule and rude front desk staff. Used to be great, not worth my time now.
